  • Art reception: 250 plus
  • Theater sitting: 200
  • Table sitting: 120

  • Multiple booking discounts available
  • Non-profit discount available*
  • Rental includes tables and chairs, small stage with step.
    • Linens supplied at extra cost,
  • Standard rental period: 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Rental time must include all the time necessary for setup, decorating, take down and clean up.
  • All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
  • No refunds of deposit for no-shows or cancellations.
  • No confetti allowed.

*You must include copy of IRS 501c3 letter to receive discount non-profit rate.
